SCHOLARSHIPS & Financial Assistance

All families applying for financial assistance are required to complete a FACTS Grant & Aid Application and submit the necessary supporting documentation along with the $35.00 application fee to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

How to apply:
Go to Create a username and password to begin. (You may also use an existing username and password.)

You will need:

  • Copies of your 2021 Federal Tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
  • Copies of your 2021 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF All supporting documents can be uploaded in pdf format online.

Documentation can also be faxed to 1-866-315- 9264 or mailed to the address below. Please include applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

Other scholarships and financial assistance offered through the Kremer Foundation and Church Women United as funds are available. A completed FACTS application is required.

Meal Assistance

A family may fill out a Household Eligibility Application anytime during the school year to see if the qualify for free and reduced breakfast and lunches. *Note: All of our students regardless of income are approved to receive FREE breakfast and lunch until June 2022 as part of the Summer Food Service Program extension as part of the federal Covid Relief package. Students will only be charged, if they bring a cold lunch and choose to order a milk ($.40).
