SCHOLARSHIPS & Financial Assistance
All families applying for financial assistance are required to complete a FACTS Grant & Aid Application and submit the necessary supporting documentation along with the $40.00 application fee to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.
How to apply:
Go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/42HGC. Create a username and password to begin. (You may also use an existing username and password.)
You will need:
- Copies of your 2023 Federal Tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
- Copies of your 2023 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF All supporting documents can be uploaded in pdf format online.
Documentation can also be faxed to 1-866-315- 9264 or mailed to the address below. Please include applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

Through the generosity of our parishioners, the Adopt a Student Scholarships was established to help make Catholic education
available to more families. Scholarship awards are both need-based and merit-based for Catholic & Non-Catholic families.
Criteria: Participation in Mass/Regular Church Attendance, Family Service/Stewardship Hours, Importance of a Catholic Education (Short Essay) and Financial Need.
