All families applying for financial assistance are required to complete a FACTS Grant & Aid Application and submit the necessary supporting documentation along with the $40.00 application fee to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

How to apply:
Go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/42HGC. Create a username and password to begin. (You may also use an existing username and password.)

You will need:

• Copies of your 2023 Federal Tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
• Copies of your 2023 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF All supporting documents can be uploaded in pdf format online.

Documentation can also be faxed to 1-866-315- 9264 or mailed to the address below. Please include applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

If you have any questions or concerns about the application process you may speak with a FACTS Representative at 1-866-441-4637. If you need access to a computer or need documents scanned, call the school at 309-688-2931 to set up time in the computer lab.

Other scholarships and financial assistance offered through the Kremer Foundation and Adopt a Student Program as funds are available. A completed FACTS application is required.

available to more families. Scholarship awards are both need-based and merit-based for Catholic & Non-Catholic families. 

Criteria: Participation in Mass/Regular Church Attendance, Family Service/Stewardship Hours, Importance of a Catholic Education (Short Essay) and Financial Need.
