School Breakfast and Lunch Program
The school breakfast and lunch program uses a computerized tracking system which allows families to deposit breakfast, lunch, and milk money into an account. Please send payment with the dollar amount you choose in an envelope marked “Lunch Program” with each student’s name and grade listed. Please refer to the student handbook to be familiar with all policies. Only five charges per student will be allowed.
Costs are as follows:
Breakfast is served daily from 7:55 to 8:15. Students do not need to sign up ahead of time. Any current student can purchase breakfast - cost will be deducted from the student or family's account.
Students in Grades 6-8 may substitute a salad with a roll in place of the main entrée and vegetable. Those students choosing to do this must inform their homeroom teacher during the daily hot lunch count. Students in Grades 3-8 may order extras of the main entrée only . This must be done during the daily hot lunch count. If you do not wish your child to order extras, please send a note to the kitchen.
*Students who are overdrawn on their accounts may not order extras.
Two lunch volunteers are needed daily from 10:30am—1:00pm to clean tables, fill condiments, and help
serve lunch. One breakfast volunteer is needed daily (except Mondays and Fridays) from 7:45am-8:45am
to help serve food and wash tables. This volunteer time goes toward the parent participation program.
